In the past I haven't worn rings consistantly. The taking on and off of them daily to match with fancier outfits, afraid to get them wet and degrade the quality, or discomfort eventually lead me to give up on my rings unless there was a special occasion.

I went a size up (9) because I didn't want it tight around my pointer finger which I would recommend to others if its for the same finger. I wear this ring daily, nightly, in the shower, in the gym, cooking... I never take it off and it still glistens and looks beautiful daily!
